Why Practitioners Choose To Work on Sinew Meridians:

  • Achieve Instant Results: The entire diagnosis and treatment process takes under 10 minutes. Using only 2 targeted acupuncture or acupressure points, you’ll deliver relief that patients can feel immediately.

  • Simplify Your Approach: This method is surprisingly logical and easy to learn. We strip away the complexity of ancient texts and give you a clear, actionable roadmap focusing on just 1-3 minutes of treatment time.

  • Enhance All Your Treatments: Use it as a powerful standalone therapy or apply it before your main treatment. By restoring proper function first, tissues become more responsive, making all your subsequent work more effective.

  • Build Patient Trust: When patients experience immediate relief, their confidence in your skills soars. This leads to better compliance, stronger relationships, and more referrals.

The Clinical Steps of The Chain Method

Step 1 – The Patient Presents a Musculoskeletal Complaint

The patient reports a movement-related issue: pain, tension, restricted mobility, instability, or weakness.

For example: lateral elbow pain radiating into the forearm.

Step 2 – You Guide the Patient Through the 6 Movement Phases

You ask the patient to actively move the affected region according to the six defined movement phases.

In the case of the upper limb, this includes flexion–extension patterns, rotational patterns, and lateral vectors.

You are not testing strength.

You are observing which movement reproduces or intensifies the complaint.

Step 3 – The Patient Identifies the Most Aggravating Movement

The patient tells you which movement clearly increases the symptoms.

For example:

Forearm rotation — such as turning a key in a door or opening a jar — reproduces the elbow pain most strongly.

This movement phase becomes your diagnostic signal.

Step 4 – You Establish a Baseline

You ask the patient to rate the pain during that aggravating movement on a 0–10 scale.

This gives you a measurable reference point before intervention.

Step 5 – Movement Indicates the Sinew Meridian

Each movement phase corresponds to a specific Sinew Meridian chain.

The aggravated movement tells you which chain is dysfunctional. In our example the disturbed sinew meridian is called Shao-Yang

You then select two correction points specific to that chain. It is Sj1 for Shao-Yang.

Don't worry because of Chinese names :) We use only six and there are well explained inside the course

Stimulation is applied either with acupuncture needles or with focused acupressure using a metal tool.

Stimulation time: approximately 1–3 minutes.

No additional points are added.

Step 6 – Immediate Retest

You ask the patient to repeat the exact movement that previously increased the pain.

In approximately 80–90% of cases, the patient immediately reports measurable improvement — either reduced pain, increased range of motion, or both.

This sequence typically takes 5–10 minutes in total.

The key difference is simple:

The movement determines the chain.

The chain determines the points.

The retest confirms the decision.

Is This Method Right for You?

As a dedicated practitioner, your goal is to provide effective, lasting relief. But sometimes, you encounter frustrating hurdles. Do any of these sound familiar?

  • Stubborn Cases: You see patients with chronic pain or complex postural problems that don't respond well to traditional methods.

  • Slow Progress: Treatments take multiple sessions to show even minor improvements, leaving both you and your patient feeling discouraged.

  • Complex Protocols: Diagnostic and treatment systems are often convoluted, requiring extensive prior knowledge and long treatment times.

  • Uncertain Results: You're looking for a repeatable, reliable method that consistently produces tangible results, session after session.

If you're seeking a more direct and efficient way to resolve musculoskeletal issues, you're in the right place.
